• Our role is limited to identifying visible and accessible defects; we are not liable for hidden defects that cannot reasonably be detected.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate property details and grant access for inspections.
• Ensure all payments are completed before the final report is delivered.

3. Reports & Liability

• Inspection reports are prepared with professional care but are advisory in nature.
• SnagXpert is not responsible for construction, repair, or rectification work.
• Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service.

4. Payments

• All fees must be paid as per the agreed terms.
• Payments are non-refundable once an inspection has been conducted.

5. Intellectual Property

All inspection reports, images, and digital content remain the property of SnagXpert. Clients are granted a license to use reports for personal purposes only.

6. Limitation of Liability

• SnagXpert shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Responsibility for repairs, warranties, and rectifications lies with the property developer or contractor.
